About the Role

We are currently in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Installation Lead. In this pivotal role, you will not only install solar panels but also spearhead projects, oversee installations, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our mission forward and empowering our clients to embrace clean energy solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead solar panel installations, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance are maintained throughout all projects.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring seamless project execution. 
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and deliver exceptional results. 
• Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in our installations. 
• Uphold company guidelines and industry standards to deliver superior customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
   

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications preferred. 
• Proven experience in solar installation with a strong track record of leadership and project management. 
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
• Exceptional attention to detail, safety consciousness, and commitment to quality workmanship. 
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-starter who can work independently after training, with the ability to learn technical products, manage multiple responsibilities across various business platforms, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Salary range: $35 - $40 per hour.
